My 84 yo dad and I have nearly completed our first bottle each. Both have noticed tremendous improvement. My dad had issues with his ankle and shoulder. The ankle stiffness and mobility has nearly resolved 100% and his shoulder pain and mobility has improved 80%. I have resolved knee stiffness and tenderness 90%. We both have been on hydrolyzed collagen for months prior for additional transparency. We feel this supplement has complemented the collagen intake as well. Both will continue to supplement MSM.
